Repeatedly submitted id proof

Respected sir,

i have submitted my id proof (Voter Id Card) 4 times in the month of august alone. but the companany is repeteadly messaging me and asking for ID proof time and again, and whenever they want they disconnect my services by doing such they are torturing me like anything.they are constantly and delibretly disturbing my mind, plz help me.
