Idea/Pre paid mobile
Deducting money for additional services

I am using prepaid mobile connection of Idea & I am not very rich. Company is regularly deducting my credit for caller tune & miss call alerts etc. And I never asked for these services.

I had to speak in USA regarding my work & I purchased credit of Rs. 50 on evening of 28th Oct. And mobile company deduct all money for caller tune renewal that i never asked, without informing me & I was unable to make an very important call of my carrier. Please take serious action against this company IDEA.
