Idea Prepaid Mobile connection
Disconnecting the non lifelong sim having validity upto November

Sir,

I have a mobile connection from idea cellular ltd. The number is 919747322413. The connection was taken on 19th may recharged with 222, having 1.5 year validity up to November and 40 rupees talk time offer and it is not a life long SIM. I am used that sim and due to my phone complaints some days i will not used it. Previous month i tried to get a new mobile and put it. that time they deactivated the connection and given to somebody. I claims that I have to get the connection back with the previous balance. Otherwise I have to get the compensation on cheating me.
