I given an request to stoped cricked alert on September 11 wide request No. 85676085 at 17:15 the representive told me that service will be stoped after 24 HRS but it not stoped. I again give another request on September 17th to stop the same services wide request no. 86078094 but till now the services not stoped on moble. For this service company charge Rs. 5 per cricket match wheter it is anywhere in world.
One more complaint in June company hike the STD rate from Rs.1.30 to Rs.1.50 per minute & reduce the Local Call charges from Rs.0.50 to Rs.0.30 per call. On this time company hike the STD rate on same plan without any information but not reduce the local call charges.
