Hello Indian Consumer Officer,

This is Roshan, i have received a msg from idea department that apka nmbr close kiya ja raha hai! we have not recv you id proof and p.form. and also missed call from that number. that no is 919911057881[anuraag].

when i talked with customer care officer and asked about that msg/conditions they told me no! they dont need any verification and documents. they have already have my all documents.

Dear Consumer Officer, i would like to great thanks if you will take necessary action from that no. and stop msgs like that. this is just like a Harassment msg not me for everyone.
