IFB
No Post sale service

Hi,

I am very disappointed with IFB customer service. We bought IFB microwave 4-5 months back. There was some problem with it and it was out of order.

I complaint on IFB customer care on in NOV (Almost 2 months back). They provided ticket no 2479241. No person came for service.

I followed up for at least 20 times but every time I got only assurance. No person has come for service so far.
