Poor AMC Service

1- I have taken the AMC by paying Rs 3256. As per the AMC agreement rubber parts like belt is not excluded in the AMC but still after showing the agreement your Pune service person charged Rs 580 for the belt and after several talks with the head of your Pune service associate Mr Manoj, he admitted the mistake. But still I have not received the refund amount.

2- Even after the first service still there are some other faults in the m/c like unbearable noise while spinning with load, level of water in the chamber is different in normal (A-C) and easy mode operation. In easy mode operation, level of water can be visible from the glass but in normal mode the water level is 2 inch bellow the glass. I suspect it might be a problem.

3- IFB service persons are really unprofessional and talking to them is a terribly unpleasant experience. They do not know how to behave with ladies in the house. They don’t have time to listen you nor did they interest to check the m/c. They are trying to force us what they are saying that is final and they don’t care if you complain about it. Here I would like to name the most pathetic and disgusted service person I have ever seen - Mr Vikash

4- From last 6 -7 days I am calling IFB Call Center every day for the status of my above complain (Ticket no 3523158, 3466879) but each time they have the same answer, “Our system is slow we can’t able to check your status but we understand your dissatisfaction and will forward the same to higher authority.” This repeats like a stuck tape.
