I purchase a IFB micro wave oven from spencer, southcity mall on january. it is under warranty. since june it is not working. i lodged a complaint no. 3168093. a person visited our home and told to come in the next day. after few days i called at 9831135307 and 32547133 service centre. but they told part is not available and after that when ever i called they told will call you "after 10 minutes". but they never called me. After two months they gave another no. 30489297 / 30489208 but they also did not send anyone or giving the msg "will call you after 10 minutes". after long time they gave a number 9830935307 of regional sales manager, but when ever i called a lady pick up the phone and tells he is busy and they cant do anything in this regard.it is 5 months over my mw oven is not working but they even dont care to call once. even they dont pick up the phone and get annoyed. I request the IFB personnel to confirm whether it is possible or not to repair the machine because it like a showpiece in my home now.
