IFB
Convention not working

Hi Customer Care,

This is with regard to the mal functioning of my IFB Microwave oven (25 SC1 3 way system) which was purchased 3 years back.

The Convection mode is not functioning. Could you please send an equipped personnel to inspect the issue & get it resolved.
