We have been complaining that the "Neptune" IFB dishwasher is not in working condition. My complaint No.is 3164961 of 21st June. Before that 5 times we had contacter your Mr. Virupaksha, who is located in Vidyaranyapura, the locality in which the machine is installed. Each time, he has promised to attend to the complaint. Inspite of my lodging the complaint, so far none bothered to attend to the complaint.
If the machine is working, it is fine; but once there is a problem, the alternative is to throw awy the machine and go for some other brand, since IFB officials are not bothered about their reputation.
in fact i have been telling my friends and relatives that they could go for IFB products; two of them are planning to buy dish washers; but now i intend telling them to go for LG products and not IFB products at all.
in case i do not get the service done quickly, the other alternative available to me is to approach the consumer forum which i do not like to pursue.
hope your company would be kind enough to attend to the problem quickly.
