I have registered a complaint with Call centre and was tols the service engineer will attend within 48 hrs, but did not turn up. After calling several times he has turned up only to my disappointment of making my machine completely non-functionable.
I have to run pillar-to post to get contact of local ppl to attend to my problem. Atlast after I get the concerned person i do not know when the service person would be attending my call or if is actually informed. PLEASE do not put us (employees) to such suffering. the purpose of purchasing such appliances is to make our life little comfortable, but your service is putting us to more agony than comfort. SO far i do not know who would be attending my call.
