Respected Sir,

I have buy IFB ELENA washing machine on 01st May from Maharashtra Electronics, Tilak Road, Pune. They told me that the demo and installation of your machine will given to you within 48 hours. I called to Maharashtra Electronics so many times. I was gone to that shop at least 4 times, every time they told me that we will send a man within two days. But no one is coming. My machine is not in working from 25 days.

Please take the action as soon as possible or give my money back and take machine from my house.
