Poor customer sevice

I brought elena delux washing machine four month back fron ethos chembur .heater grounded and machine is not working properly i gave compliant to customer service four time all four time mechanic came and assured me that thay we will change the heater and solve the problem next day but unfortunately nobody came back to solve the problem this is very poor service to customer from ifb washing machine customer care .pls help me
