Dear SIR,
I am having the IFB washing machine of ELENA and it is not working properly from the past one month.i have already launched a complain a couples of weeks back and my complain no is -2026023.
i had a talk with a head of Dpartmnt-MR.S.CHATTERJEE of KOLKATA BRANCH ..
As per ur servicer a vulb of a machine is not working properly n they assured me to replace that vulb as soon as possible but yet it hasn't been replaced n till we are facing a great problen with that machine. And somehow i have started regreting myself that y i had purchased ur IFB machine because of a worst service i have ever faced.
I would like to request you to kindly do the needfull as soon as possible to avoid any kind of inconvenience in a near future.
Your kind action and attention will be highly appreciate.
