Regarding this subject I have registered a complain with you three days before but till now no response and there after I have contacted and submitted my complaint by phone, day before yesterday and yesterday. I have given my contact Mob. No. and the call centre told me they will be sending a SMS to my Mob. My contact Mob. No. 09645236727.
The above washing machine I purchased from R.D.Kothari, Mahmoorganj, Near AIR., Varanasi during Nov.2008 while I was working at Benares Hindu University, Varanasi. Now, as I am a Keralite, left Varanasi and settled at Thrissur, Kerala. The above problem started for last 4-5 days before.
