Delay in fulfillment of complaint

I have lodged a complaint reg.my microwave on 13.09.2008 in IFB call center. After two days the mechanic came & checked it. He said the microwave will be repaired in 1-2 days. But till date & till this time no body came to repair the same. I have made atleast 50 calls at the call center and the service center.
