I am also victim to be part of this IFB family. In my case it is IFB-Neptune Dishwasher. One problem I have raised 4 tokens so far, the problem is not yet fixed. Doubt Product quality engineers capability to fix the issues. He does something and works for a day and the problem continues. This has been the situation since 27Dec08. Now I have a new token (T.N - 12Feb09 - 2717476) where IFB representative are yet to work on this. It is night mare.

There is no excalation process in this system. You call the call center, they will give all the details of regional head, branch head everyone in the system possible. But no use, we need to followup again with these people. As time permits, I am planning to lodge a compliant in consumer court. I know that will take it's owntime in our system. But serious steps are to be taken, for such irresponsible support system. If organisation like IFB behaves during warranty period in such manner, God know the situation beyond.
