Dear Sir I purchased Top loading washing m/c from Ashoka trading Faridabad-121002 in Dec under 24 months warrenty., In july it, s gear box started making big noise. I filed complaint no 33033509 dt 27/7.Mechanic confirmed that gear box requires replacement and also advised me to contact Sh Amit Anand for early replacement. Amit anand mob 9350158592 not responding to my calls. I am still running from piller to post with out any result. I would recommend not to purchase any IFB product. BK Gupta
