Very Very poor service and defective product

I purchased a washing machine model Elite. From the date of installation on 28th June, 08 the machine is leaking. I find it very difficult to get their technician from the chennai service centre. Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 16 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.

My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.

The chennai branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls.

There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.

Very very poor customer service. I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.

Based on the current problem I am facing,

my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier IFB machine model Executive which has served 12 years.
