I live in navi mumbai & have an amc for my ifb machine. After several complaints the person visited us & said some parts need to be replaced. After waiting for several days no one turned up to correct the machine. I exchanged the same with a new ifb machine. As my machine was under amc & due to no service i was forced to buy a new machine.
