I purchased an IFB washing Machine Model: Elite 5Kg, in Feb from your showroom at Sterling Road in Chennai. This machine was under repair most of the time. I make complaint and your people come and attend, it will work for 10 to 15 days and again repair. This goes on till today.

I suspect, there is some manufacturing defect in that machine.

IFB has got reputation and always want to maintain cordial relationship with its clients. Earlier also I was having an IFB washing Machine and that was giving very good service for a decade.

I purchased this machine by exchanging the old hoping to get improved machine. But this proved otherwise and we are suffering for the last two years.

I expect IFB to act on my complaint and do what best you can do to retain client’s confidence over IFB.
