The warrenty of one of my washing machines has lapsed on the 18th of March. Till date none of the employees/service personal has come back to me offering a AMC package. Surprised to note the service standards maintained/quality of service provided of IFB.
I have been trying to reach Mr. Steven on 9849171994 to help me with the AMC, but in vain. There never has been a response from him till date. The phone rings with no response from the other side.
Iam now informed by the service team that post realisation of the AMC cheque, it would take 45 days for my AMC to be actioned. This is ridiculus. I can understand that you will need to wait for the amount to be realised. What shocks me is-why should the customer wait for 45 days after receipt of money by the company. As a customer i have all rights to awail of the services of the company post payment realisation.
Now the rubber bushes of the stand which holds the washing machine is worn out and hence needs replacement urgently. I would appreciate if you could ensure the same is done immedialty post realisation of payment.
I would expect a revert on this by monday (6th Apr).
