In spite of getting into an AMC contract with IFB, the service calls are not attended properly. AMC contract itself has not been dispatched to me after getting the cheque dated 29/06/09. The service centre sends a person and the person opens up the machine and says that he will attend the next day with the spare and then he absconds. after booking a complaint call, again another person comes and does the same. It happens for the past two months for a single complaint. Hence redresal for this problem is sought as no higher official of IFB is available to address
