We bought the machine on 1st Jan-09 through Chandra Traders, 100 ft Taramani Road, Velachery Raod, Chennai. We have lodged complaint several times. After few days, the same problem repeats. Even we asked them to take back the machine and give us a new machine, which they did not oblige.
