I bought fully automatic IFB machine from one of the "Next" outlets in Gurgaon on 15/8/08, but inspite of frequent follow-ups with Dealer no one has turned-up for installation. I had heard about IFB's poor service, but in my case the story is yet to start. Future buyers: Buy at your own risk!!!
