POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Washing machine was purchased less than 2 months. It Stopped automaticaally after heavy vibration. Service technician informed that stone is broken and PCB damaged. Afterwards booked a complaint to customer care at 18604255678 on 05.05.2009 TICKET NUMBRER 2996490. Again booked a complaint on 14.05.2009 Number is 3028300. Still nobody attended. Contacted local service engineer Mr Lokesh at 9396366908 and local service centre at 08836452222 . Now I am helpless. Can anybody from IFB helpme to restore my machine??
