Iffco tokio General Insurance

Hi...

I took an insurance from Iffco Tokio General Insurance of my two wheeler at that moment they gave me only cover note which is valid for only 1 month.on 28/08 of amount Rs579 from Noida, Sec-18 by the agent Mr. Rakesh Whose Mobile No. is 91-981074016 and i have given him Rs 200 extra on his demand. i don't know why he took. now the matter is that till date 10/11 i haven't received our policy document from them. and when i gave a call to mr. Rakesh (agent) he didn't gave any response and besides that he started using abusive words. neither Mr. Rakesh nor Iffco Tokio is serious about this matter. with out this policy i cant drive my bike.
