Refund of Trial Training Fee

I paid $100 through my credit card in MAY as a trainee fee which was assured of refund in case i leave the training within one month. i could not continue for even a week, i followed the procedure for refund as per the information given on the website. A withdrawal Request along with ID was sent on the email address Mntioned in the Withdrawal from available on the website, but i have neither recieved any response nor refund is made till date.
