I am in Delhi. I took AMC for an amountof RS 4000. I thought i will be able to save myself lot of pain. However the story is that every time i am issued a new number. The people coming to do the job are unskilled and have no idead as to what needs to be fixed. On top of that they say that they have to take 30 calls in one day, so they donnot have the time to check properly. He has 8 hour duty that he has to do and no intention of fixing the problem.
I am surprised and hurt. As a working couple i find this entire episode very distressing.
My machine spins so fast that it actually jumps from the trolley it can hurt some body. But the support guys do not care.
Can i get this thing fixed please advise.
