NOT RECEIVED MY STUDY MATERIALS

Dear sir/madam

I beg to say that iam a new student of INDRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY. I took addmission in 30th april, the person available there at regional centre. He told me that i will recieved my study material in one month but till now i haven't got it. when ever i go there and ask them about my books the make another excuses and if i ask for my enrollment number they doesn't give, when i asked them about there head office they say till then when you will not get your enrollment no. you can't do any thing. i have paid 900/- rupees.while taking addmission. i belong to a very poor family i can't understanding that what will happen i ' ll got books or lost my money.

PLEASE SIR DO NOT IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT.
