Non-receival of study material

I Suvarna is doing MCA 4th from IGNOU sem now, but I have not received the study materials and assignments for 4th sem of MCA yet.

I also have not submitted the assignments for 3rd sem (Oct). Now i want to submit it. Shall I submit the assignments which I have got for 3rd sem of 2009 or shall i writa another. If yes from where I will get it.

Please help me. It's urgent.
