Construction of second and third floor without a beam and a map

The resident of 13/322 geeta colony Mr. pramod niojhavan constructing a second and third floor as there is no beam in the house witjout the permission of resient who live down to him we had realy danger for us that the building doesn't get any harm that also can harm us.

so please take some action against him as soon as possible.
