Not getting Phone Repair Service

Hi,

I bought imate - JAQ on 16/11/07 from Mobile house, Noida.

I handed over the phone to the same shop on 6/4/08 as

1) the caller was not able to hear my voice

2) the bettery would run out in couple of calls and quite frequently the phone would hang

I got back my phone on around 3rd of May. I had to give it back on 11/5/08 as I was not able to use it. The battery ran out in 2 calls and now the phone is not starting.

Can you please help? Why they are selling phones if they can not repair? Why the repair is taking 2 months and still product is not working? Why they do not have any service centre near Noida?
