Sub-registrar failed identification of executent

One Mr. C.Gangi Reddy, Sub- Registrar while working as Sub-Registrar, Srikalahasti, Balaji District, Tirupati has committed grave misconduct in as failed to examine and satisfy the identity of the person who presented the documents nos.786 and 787 and registered these documents without following the Registration Act and Rules. Thus violated Section 32 (a), 34 (3) and (b) of Indian Registration Act and Rules. Due to Negligency of the Sub-Registrar, srikalahasti we are suffered mentally, physiacally and financially. The aligations alredy proved by the concerned Authority.
