Letter was received at Po Phase IV, Galleria, Gurgaon on 8th July 08, but was returned to Agra on 9th as the address was not complete (missin Block No) but there was my mobile No on the letter.
I confronted post man later & was told that it is not our duty to read & enquire by phoning the party. It is strange that the Post man does not want to take the trouble of finding the owner of the letter on mobile?
Is it the type of training being imparted to staff?
