Non delivery of refill

SIR

I am a resident of kunnukuzhy, Trivandrum. My delivery agent is Ashok gas agency, Kannanmmoola, Trivandrum My consumer no. is 28004. I booked for refill on 15.12.2008. I am yet to get it. today they told it will take four to five days again. both my cylinders are exhausted and they refuse to accept booking it they provide the refill. It takes invaraibly more than a month for refill every time. I request you to take action for getting refilled cylinder for me
