Gas Booking not possible

I have been calling up the agency from the past one week to book gas on my account. No one picks up the phone, or it is engaged. I need the gas urgently now and don't know what to do, I am a journakist and don't have free time in the day to go to the agency myself and get it done. Why do they have numbers if they are not willing to provide service?
