this is to inform you that your distributor in agra (u.p) by the name of
BHARAT GAS AGENCIES (at prapura xing agra), doesn't supply the home gas
cylinder within a month also..
you must have the knowledge that government said that there will be no
shortage of gas cylinders but your distributers keep sayin there is
shortage of supply...
when we book the gas they supply after a month (we have to make several
calls to get the delivery of the cylinder) then they book the gas after 10
days of delivery... what nonsense is this going on... i dont understand..
you must be aware they are doing black marketing also...
please keep this into account and take necessary steps to avoid this
problems... many of the customers are facing the same problems..
customer satisfaction should be your first priority..
