Sir, i get my gas supplies from m/s punsup gas agency, tagore nagar, ludhiana.the problem is that they are supplying gas at home delivery price even if the consumer is taking delivery of the gas cylinder from the godown at his own.and if one demands a complait book they say we dont have one. you can talk to manager on phone. moreover the seal of the cylinders are broken most of the times. the complaint book should be within reach of all the consumers and should be provided to him on demand.
