Not accepting consumer call

Dear Sir/Mamdam,

I Mr. R.Nandakumar, residing in coimbatore of tamil nadu, i booked refill cylinder on 1.08.09. & booking no is 60.

but today our working cylinder got empty for that i requested local dealer for immediate supply they not accepting the consumer calls and disconnecting the phone calls.
