Delay of new connection due to Non-availability of Bill/Receipt Book

I have applied for a new connection and been alloted the New connection on 20-Mar from M/s. SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES, Selaiyur, Chennai. As I had an existing Gas stove, they above mentioned agency said that they have to inspect the gas stove and the inspection was completed on 21-Apr.

But, still I am not provided with the new Gas connection for the reason that the agency does not have the BILL / RECEIPT Book and refusing to accept my payment and provide me with the new connection.

As I have to travel Abroad on 25-May, I request to provide the new gas connection immediately.
