Unable to book the Gas Cylinde

Dear Sirs,

Consumer No. T-887

I have been trying to book gas cylinder for the last 7-8 days and continuously trying to call the concerned Agency Trimurti Gas Service, Vikaspuri but they are not picking up the phones. Through online booking I could book the cylinder on 11/1/10 but till date supply of cylinder has not been made.

Request please advise concerned Agency to atleast pick up the phones even if there is shortage.
