This is to bring it to your attention that Indane gas distributor, Brightening gas servces in Santhosh nagar Hyderabad, customer services are very very bad.
they have got two phones 1.24530661 2.24533241. they keep their phones in such a manner at any time in a day, the engaged tone is heard. I have tried one day not less than 100 times but I could not speak to them. I have to go all the way leaving my work, to this distributors office and made a phone call standing at the counter. I received a engaged tone.. In fact phone was kept on the saddle. Two phones were like that only. when I asked about it, they are very much discourteous not to bother to answer.
This has become daily affair. Every customer is feeling this problem.
Regarding this I made a complaint to civil supply commissioner long back. For only few days it was set aright. Again they are doing same procedure. To book gas refill one has to go their office. It is causing lot of problem.
please take action in this regard.
Regarding my second complaint I booked for refill on 6-9-09 so far till today (16-9-09) I have not received gas refill.
The services of this distributor is worse than any one else. There are several cosumers facing this problem. No one bothered to take time and write complaint. Why donot you cancel his licence in this regard.
