Difficulty in booking and supply of LPG

I am consumer of Indane Gas through Veena gas services New Delhi-I always find it difficult to book for refill as there phone numbers-26914545or26834949are either busy or no response

even common no 1260 even their email reject the letter.please inform how to go about it. Even the weight of cylinder is less in weight
