Delay in giving new connection

Hi,

I applied for new gas connection on 22.11.2008 (File no: 576) with all necessary documents.

But till now no communication i received from the Agency.

When I approached them for status their attitude towards customer (me) was very rude.

They replied to that there is no definite time to give a new connection, they may take their own time.

Agency is very irresponsible.
