My consumer no is 38889 with Shriram Gas Agency of Alkapuri Vadodara. At no instance they have delivered the refill within given schedules. On complaining personally they have ready excuses and assure of arranging supply shortly. Ultimately it is done only when they actually wish. This puts us in trouble as we have to remain home expecting their delivery man to deliver whenever they like. Can you help improve such services anyway?
