Delay for getting filled cylinde

Respected Madam/Sir,

We have only one cylinder. so, we have booked for filling the

cylinder about 45 days before.

Now i didn't get the filled one.

please do the best at the earliest.

We are feeling very difficult in this Onam season.

1. how long will you take, after booking gas?

2. We have atmost 5 km from the agency to my home, so do i need to pay x-tra money?

3. Can i get the gas from their godown?
