On 20 Nov 08 I took the delivery of Domestic LPG cylinder from Authorised distributor agent of Modern Gas Agency, Shyam Nagar Kanpur at at residence (Consumer No.8040). The cylinder when put to use in first week of Dec 08 lasted for only 20 days as aganist normal 40 days. On weighing the cylinder the residual weight is 19.6 kg against its written weight of 15.5 Kg. Thus 4.1 Kgs of unknown sustance is filled instead of LPG. The agency refuses to ackowledge the complaint.
