Unable to book Gas over phone

Hi,

I am a resident of secunderabad, AP. I have been trying to book a gas cylinder with Sphurthi Gas Agency Alwal since 3 days over phone but the number is continuously busy. I think the executives might have kept the receiver away so that no one could contact them to book the gas. Its really pathetic to leave all other works & try to call them.
