Dear Sir,
SUB: Regular dissatisfaction during service and repair.
I would like to complaint that my car no. WB02W- 6250 (Tavera) is regularly being sent at your end for service and repairs. But I am regularly facing troubles as complications are raised during final delivery of car. It is being noticed that to add the number of job with unwanted spares, the workshop insists us stating number of defects keeping aside the main service and repair for which the car was sent to workshop.
This is the third time. I have lodged the complaint through your feed back form and also over phone. I have already informed my several complaints but all remain unattended. In recent instance, I alongwith my driver have deposited the car for accidental Job vide your ref. no. 40083, during that time we traveled at your end running full air conditioner. But at the time of delivery, we find that the said AC is not working, accordingly we have reported at your works and we were replied that your compressor is damaged which needs repair. After little argument, we were informed that only minor accidental work is repaired and we have not touched the AC.
Being such a reputed workshop of branded “GMI”, how your organization use to avoid negligence on your part and use to damage other parts of car to raise the Bill. Why, our deputed person/ driver are not entertained properly to explain the defect, why vehicles are not inspected properly in our presence for other major defects during submission, and why proper estimate is not provided after immediate inspection.
I request you to please look into the matter as my AC of vehicle is completely damaged at your end and I was not treated properly and politely at your end to solve the issue.
